Abode Richmond recently designed and updated the new VMFA FLORIS TEA ROOM, which is featured this month in R HOME Magazine.  I cannot wait to go here and experience tea in this historic building.

There was one home I showed with two birds outside of it, and there was this scraggly and very skinny male trying to fly through the glass; over and over.  His mate was watching this. It broke my heart, so I called the agent to alert her and see if maybe the seller could put some bird deterrent appliques on the sliding glass door.   So many birds die an untimely and decidedly unpleasant death due to our windows, especially the beautiful bay windows and patio doors ( putting feeders on on windows is also a big no-no).  There are lovely and creative ways to prevent this. Please consider this.  I thank you, and the animal kingdom thanks you as well!!! (Side note: In regards to Bug Zappers, they kill all the insects species rely on to thrive).
